Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient, relaxing, guided, sleep-based meditation technique where the mind-body becomes permeated by peace and profound stillness. In this altered state, results of stress-related health issues are reversed and the body unlocks its own healing potential. Subconscious unhealthy habits are erased and replaced with intentions, which take root and grow into every day healthy practices. For centuries Yoga Nidra has been used to improve sleep quality and relieve stress; ease anxiety and depression; recover from trauma and addiction; reduce inflammation in the body. Yoga Nidra is for everybody! You just need to lie down or sit in a chair, and focus on the facilitator’s voice that will guide you into your own journey.
