A few words on the current situation and Non – Attachment:

The yogic practice of ‘Aparigraha’ (Non – Attachment) is even more relevant in the current situation than ever.

In life, things are always flowing, changing and evolving. The yogis understand that it is our attachment to things as they are now, or how things were, that is the root of our suffering.

We miss the studio, our routine, our favorite yoga leggings – and yet it is these changes in our normal routine that is now our  practice.

So how are we going to spend this crazy, surrealistic time at home? I chose to continue practicing online with our community. To stay mindful of the thoughts that come and go, of my mind’s reaction to the changes. It is much harder to maintain Tapas without my daily routine, but I am strengthened every time I see you in our online classes!

Our mind has the power to create reality, this situation can be an opportunity to strengthen our practice and our connection with others, if we choose to make it so. Like Dumbledore said: ”Happiness can be found even in the darkest times if one only remembers to turn on the light’

In light of the recent changes, we have moved our studio schedule online, so we can continue to practice together and support each other ❤️

It would be great to see all of you online with us!
