Straighten your line in handstand, float up in pincha and many variations for all levels!

You are in class, and the teacher says: "drop to your elbows,  "Pincha"

You look around some people are looking around too! and you are like "I can do this! But you go into a strange headstand and nearly kill your neighbour as you fall out dramatically.

Then what seems like hours later you hear "lets take a handstand" so you kick up fall down and laugh!!

OK! lets fix this!! 

This workshop will give you the drills to go up ,  stay up, and loose the fear.
