For centuries Yoga Nidra has been used to improve sleep quality and relieve stress; ease anxiety and depression; recover from trauma and addiction; reduce inflammation in the body. Yoga Nidra is for everybody! You just need to lie down or sit in a chair, and focus on the facilitator’s voice that will guide you into your own journey.
