To me, yoga is a remedy for the modern world. The practice offers space for quiet and self-reflection, a tool for examining the mind and enabling personal transformation. In my classes, I strive to create a space where practitioners can connect to their inner selves, supported by a nurturing community — with plenty of humor along the way.
Maayan has had the privilege of studying with some of the leading teachers in the field:
-
David Swenson – Senior student of Pattabhi Jois (100 hours – Second Series)
-

Caroline Klebl (200 hours)
-
Cory Martinez (200 hours)
-
Ricardo Margolis (100 hours)
